This is the perfect location close enough to the Seattle nightlife, but far enough to where it’s a relaxing oasis!

Summary: The hosts have created a welcoming, clean and light space. There are a lot of stairs (each room is on a different level), but once you reach the roof top patio, it is completely worth it. A quiet space with a great view to enjoy coffee or cocktails with a book or good friends. Close to lots of restaurants and other fun attractions. Hosts were super responsive and helpful. It was perfect for our stay.

Summary: Everything was perfect! Especially appreciate how clean it was, I'm a bit of germaphobe. Location was awesome, the view from the rooftop patio was great. The only cauton I'd point out is that if you have mobility issues... there's a ton of stairs.

Summary: My adult daughter and I stayed here while we explored the Capital Hill area of Seattle. The townhouse was clean, comfortable, and quiet. It’s a bit of a walk to “where the action is” in Capital Hill, about 10-15 minutes to the restaurants, shops, coffee shops etc, but we appreciated that it was in a quiet residential neighborhood, given how late the bars are open in Capital Hill. It was nice to relax and put our feet up at the end of the day. The townhouse is simply furnished, but the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked.
