Summary: Many sticky surfaces throughout, smell, and flies all over kitchen. So unclean that we decided not to stay, even though it was too late to find another accommodation and it meant canceling our trip and driving back home. Requested a refund and homeowner declined, contacted VRBO and sent photos a couple days ago and haven't heard back yet. This experience was a disappointing and costly waste of time.

Summary: We had a party of 8 in our family and the house was large and comfortable. It was close to restaurants and the freeway. The fenced yard was well kept. The kitchen had everything we needed, including snacks, coffee, etc., but it was disappointing that the stove/oven was very dirty.

Summary: Nice basic home with plenty of room for large family. Large fenced back yard. Location in nice residential area close to freeway was perfect. Charles was very easy to work with and provided lots of snacks, waters, coffee for our initial day or so. Would use this home again and recommend to others coming to Tri Cities.
