Positive: The facilities, including spa and sauna were perfect after a day at the snow. Lots of activities and games for the kids to play, and everything was well maintained. Also the booked events, eg pancake breakfast, were a great add-on.

Negative: That we didn’t stay longer!

Summary: The perfect accommodation for a family with young kids, great location and proximity to the snowy mountains

Negative: The bathroom needed an update. There were insufficient towel racks for proper airing in cold weather. A heated towel rack would have been great. Windows in bathroom and toilet would be better double glazed and better sealed. A seal on the shower exhaust fan would have retained more heat in the room. A wall heater on a timer would have allowed the bathroom to be warmer. The lack of an oven was not great. A convection/microwave oven would have been more useful. A well maintained resort, but buildings need a major update to make them more energy efficient and therefore more comfortable during winter.

Positive: The apartment was great, had everything we needed for a snow trip to mt hotham. Facilities and resort itself were clean and tidy
