Positive: Good location for travelling with a car, and free parking behind the house was great.

Negative: Beds not very comfortable. Also, would have liked to know beforehand that one bedroom, bathroom and living space was in a separate building to the main house. The stairs were extremely steep and risky walking up/down them.

Summary: Nice house, good for parking and location. Good facilities, but beds need improving.

Positive: awesome place. in walking distance from old town. superb host. the stairs of the main house can be scary at first, but you get used to them in no time.

Negative: the bathroom in the secondary house could use a shower curtain because the toilet gets all wet after a shower, which is not pleasant.

Positive: The location was excellent. We could easily walk into Bruge each day. There was easy access to the house, with free parking and the communication with the owner was quick and helpful. There was a good supermarket nearby by car. The bathrooms were modern and well equipped. The living area had a nice big table to sit and eat and play games together and there was also an outside patio area to eat in too.

Negative: We were quite unlucky with our timing in this property I think. The weather was extremely hot and there were no fans, making it very difficult to sleep in the upstairs. The next door neighbour was also doing renovation work every evening which was noisy. The stairs are also really steep so you need to be very careful and the beds are very firm.
