Positive: The location was perfect with a great view. Very nice area and quiet.

Negative: Rooms were a little outdated, but the size was good. We did not have a coffee pot and it took several requests and hours to finally get one. Of course, the pot smell was overwhelming inside the hotel and outside.

Positive: We stayed at the breakers before and overall it was great just like the last time we stayed.

Negative: The only thing that was a concern was the railing on the balcony in room 808 on the right hand side was loose and being nine stories in the air a little of a concern. Spoke with the staff at the desk and was assured that the issue was reported up the chain of command. And I have faith that it was. But just in case I'm advising now. But we will stay at the breakers again. Have a good off season will see you next year.
