Newly built 3 bed/2 full bath single family home in a quiet neighborhood. Located less than 10 minutes from Downtown Decatur, Point Mallard Park, and shopping and 30 minutes from Huntsville. Professionally decorated with comfort and convenience in mind, this peaceful home welcomes you in from any of life's adventures and invites you to kick back and relax while in the River City. Ring cam at front door.
*Note: as this is a newly built home, the grass has not grown in completely in the backyard.
Older community with older homes (except this one and the one next door these are brand new), very quite both day and night.

Summary: We were in town for a softball tournament for my 17 and 15 yr old granddaughters. The field was only 6 minutes from the field and the rest of the team stayed in Huntsville. The house was beautiful and clean and the perfect size. If we come back to Decatur we will definitely stay there.

Summary: The house had a lot of great little extras, tea, coffee, granola bars, and a few beverages in the fridge. Was extremely clean and very comfortable. Could use a guide to using the TV!

Summary: Quite neighborhood. Conveniently located near historical sites, stores, restaurants. Plenty of room, we were a party of 6 adults and it was wonderful. We were in town to visit family and friends and had a few family members stop by. Received several compliments on the home. Saw a red hawk, gray squirrels out back. Newly built home and I’m sure the owner will do upgrades on back area in future. Had all amenities of home, nicely decorated. Only take away I have is post rules and emergency numbers along with check out expectations. Such as, taking out all trash, loading dishwasher and stripping bedding upon leaving. Great stay and definitely will stay again when in the area.
