Summary: The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the front, communal areas of the hotel were in great condition. However, the room and upper hallways looked like they really needed a lot of maintenance and attention. Yellowing and stained ceiling tiles from a couple different leaks, peeling wallpaper, etc. It just felt old and in need of updates. That said, there were no issues with hot water or the room HVAC unit.

Summary: There was no luggage rack. There was only one washcloth in the bathroom, The rug in the bedroom was old and worn. The hall rug was dirty.. Room amenities were non-existent. We have stayed in this hotel several times over the past 20 or so years. The atrium was gorgeous and the pool looked inviting. However, the hotel looked shopworn. and in need of attention. It was a disappointment.

Summary: The overall experience was excellent. My room had rips in the wallpaper in the bathroom so I hope I will not be charged for that damage. I had to give a $50 incidental fee at check in.

Summary: Hotel room was very musty and smelled. Got my son and I sick. Carpet and walls in the hallways were dirty, seemed like there were leaks. Ice machine only worked on the 2nd floor.

Summary: The hotel is off the beaten path. It’s a little outdated but it was comfortable enough! The beds were actually really comfortable, and the restaurant/bar was great. The rooms surround a massive atrium with a pool. Even with it being out dated we enjoyed our stay!

Summary: We arrived at the hotel after 8pm on the Saturday evening due to Thrifty Car rentals holding us at the airport for 4 hours not having any cars available. The restaurant had closed by 8:30 so that we had to drive 20 minutes off site for a meal. They were able to hold a wedding after hours, but no dining. The next morning, Sunday, the restaurant was again closed, advertised as available for take out, again closed - so no breakfast. Again, we had to travel off site for food. I've worked in restaurants, who closes a hotel restaurant at 8:30 on Saturday and all day Sunday?

Summary: The hotel is a little old, but it is very clean and pretty for a nice stay! The area around it is wooded and really nice! The staff was very friendly and I really enjoyed my stay. I do wish that they had some vegan items on the menu at the restaurant. There was one veggie burger, but it did not specify if it was vegan and the menu was heavily based on animal flesh and meat. Other than that, the day was great and the price was great! I would definitely recommend recommended!

Summary: We needed a hotel that was pet friendly to stay in the night before we moved into our house. This fit the bill, though it was much dingier and older than the photos portrayed. Rooms were clean but everything just felt damp. The employee at the front desk was not very welcoming.
