Summary: The staff was wonderful and very helpful with any question I had. It is close to many tourist spots. The room that I stayed in seemed older, the tv didn't work, some of the lights didn't work as well but the bed was semi comfortable and I would stay there again but would maybe pay more for a bigger room to see if it's nicer.

Summary: Staff was very friendly and welcoming but the hotel overall is not good. Very run down and in need of not just a deep cleaning but a complete renewal. It is very dark in the hallways and kind of spooky feeling. The room was filthy and worn out. There was no fridge, all the lights are difficult to operate and the heating was turned off with only AC on but it was cold at night. The location is good but as Boston is a very busy city the noise in the room from the street was unbelievable.

Summary: Excellent location to historic Boston. We were able to walk to restaurants, sites and shopping all from the front door. The rooms were surprisingly quiet and the bed was comfortable. The staff was all very friendly and helpful!

Summary: Overall, hotel was nice. Location was the best. Rooms are outdated. Some issues with door to (very small) balcony not closing right. There was a gap in the door so outside air coming in, along with some gnats. Issues with cutain rod not being secured and was concern it was goong to fall. Chris, from maintenance, was very nice and helpful, and front desk was helpful and professional. Rooms were clean. If they refurbish rooms, this will be and excellent hotel.

Summary: The room is okay, and the location is good for tourists, in the middle of The Freedom Trail. But the wall paper is split, the bathroom is dusty, the towels are raggedy, the shower leaks and soaks the floor. The check in wasn’t welcoming or helpful. There’s no body wash, just shampoo and conditioner. When we asked night 1, we were told “they” would bring it up shortly. “They” never did. The next day, we were told it was because of tariffs. Also, the valets smoke and our car smells terrible now. And twice they didn’t receive our text to get the car.
