Positive: The location is superb walking distance from day markets, night markets, and old town. Easy access location to stores, pharmacies, shops, and convenience stores. The restaurant was outstanding with delicious local food options. The staff is friendly and English speaking, and we're supportive in letting us extend our stay an e tra night there. When we come back to Chiang Mai we will absolutely be staying here again. If we could rate the place any higher we would!

Positive: Perfect location on the main road, just next to the Taphae gate and 5 minutes walk from the night market.

Negative: Very basic hotel. Not many facilities.

Negative: The service. *At check in we were told than in case of credit card payments we had to pay extra charge. *Breakfast both days not available *Laundry service poor *At check out we were told to wait Until the room was checked in case of damage, I find it very inappropriate At first floor very noisy due to dish wash station

Positive: Hotel is simple very well maintained! The room was comfy and clean! We spent one week at the hotel! The staff are very friendly as always in Thailand. The location is in the center, many things just steps away. They also have a restaurant downstairs, good price! Even they do have a chair and desk at the room, we spent some time at their workspace, many tables.

Negative: The internet was the only thing that didn’t work as expected!
