Positive: The hotel looks gorgeous! The design is so thoughtful, the attention from staff is very detailed and you can see they want to make you feel at home. Of course, this is just their few days of operating when we stayed there (we were one of the first guests) but we wish all the best in the future for this hotel and many guests to come! This hotel represents what 5-stars should be! Top🤗

Positive: This is truly a top-class hotel. I highly recommend staying here! The level of service is comparable to Four Seasons or Marriott. The à la carte breakfast is exceptional, and the Eggs Benedict are absolutely delicious. The staff are incredibly friendly, professional, and very well trained. Be sure to visit the spa. It’s a unique experience to sit in the sauna while enjoying breathtaking views of Mount Pico. Thank you to the entire team for such a warm welcome and an unforgettable stay!
