Positive: The location was perfect, overlooking the Shannon Estuary. Scenery was rural but beautiful. 5 minutes drive from town and shops.

Negative: The house is a little tricky to find, so pay close attention to the directions given.

Positive: This is a home from home. The owners looked after us so well, tea, coffee, bread, eggs, milk on arrival. Very clean, very comfortable, the weather was even excellent. Highly recommended

Positive: It was pure luxury to have stayed at the Boathouse . Whatever you need for a pleasant stay, you will find it there. Excellent rooms with adjacent bathroom, well equipped kitchen with the vieuw over the Shannon river. If ever we would come back to this area we would choose the Boathouse without a second thought Thank you to the wonderful hosts From Irene and sister Brigitta

Positive: We had a great stay at The Boathouse. The views were amazing and the house was very comfortable with everything we needed. We had a lovely welcome hamper with bread and some local free range eggs, which was much enjoyed. Would definitely recommend!
