Positive: Amazing location on the beach with a lovely garden out the front. Comfortable couches, 2 TV areas and a great coffee machine.

Negative: No beach towels, cheap hostel-like products in the bathrooms.

Negative: Wasn’t supplied as we would have expected, in particular: Not all beds were made, leaving a stained protector on display The kitchen did not have brush, scourer or sufficient detergent (went to shops to buy). One tea towel for 4 days. No rinse aid in dishwasher so it didn’t clean properly. Perhaps because of the above, pans and cookware were not cleaned properly and needed cleaning before use The bathrooms had no soap or shampoo in the dispensers. Laundry bathroom had broken shelf We found cockroaches (went to buy baits) Windows had cobwebs The property it hadn’t been properly cleaned or attended to for a while. Needed some love and attention Loft bedroom table lamps had no power points on one side to plug it in. There was a note from the property manager telling us to enjoy the complimentary bottle of wine, but there was no wine?? The outdoor furniture was dirty and stained and obviously had been left out in weather for a while and needed cleaning before it could be used. The property maintenance / cleaning quality did not reflect the price paid

Summary: It was a good location and space but it was let down by poor cleaning, maintenance and general attention to detail
