Negative: My room had no patio which I requested and although not all the suites were taken, did they not pursue when we booked in to change the booking as per email feedback earlier at the time of the booking.

Positive: The room and location are beautiful. Very close to Pretoria and Johannesburg.

Negative: The pictures of the bed and the actual bed differ. I booked it to have the specific bed, as my wife loves it.

Positive: The staff was really friendly. The swimming pool area was really nice (with little huts you could lie in). The view from the restaurant area is beautiful.

Negative: Would have been nice to have the pool bar open. Could have one jungle gym or something for kids.
