Summary: Warm welcome and perfect location when visiting my daughter in Brighton uni and away from the busy town. Free parking and no extra charges for our dog, both of which are hard to find

Summary: Amazing service. The food was great, parking was easy. I was also traveling with a dog and there was a walking trail one minute away which was recommended by the owner. I would definitely stay again.

Summary: All excellent nice dinner and breakfast and lovely service and very friendly . Think the new owners have been there since March 2022 and it has improved massively 👍. Will be back again when in the area .

Summary: Lovely hotel, staff very friendly and welcoming. Double glazed windows so early morning traffic not heard. As a smoker the area for smoking was located outside close to rooms, so no long walk.
