Summary: Newly renovated room. Very clean and comfortable. Peaceful setting.

Summary: Great rooms, nice property. Other guests running up and down the hall shrieking and slamming doors well into the night.
Jake Sep 7, 2026 06:02:55 AM
Summary: This place was…confusing. From the outside it looks like an abandoned or condemned building. Only after we found the right door did we see the instructions about looking for an email with door codes…which we had to drive back in to Chester to get service for. Once in the room it was OK, but the shower curtain was filthy. Everything else was OK. Lots of road noise overnight. I don’t think I’d stay here again - find something in Chester a few minutes down the road, even if you’re headed to Lassen like we were.

Summary: Don't judge by the exterior. Room was excellent. I think we had a handicapped accessible room but it was very roomy with king bed. Huge shower with instant hot water and great water pressure. TV, good a/c, Keurig coffee maker, small refrigerator with little freezer. Shampoo, conditioner etc. Comfortable bed. Close to Lassen Volcanic National Park. The only downside: we were in room 1 by the highway. Need better blackout curtains. Some road noise, but not terrible.

Summary: Basic accommodation but clean and well maintained and very close to Lassen. The front rooms have some road noise. I bet the back ones are very quiet.

Summary: Nice simple room. The shower was amazing, but the carpet a little worn. Check in and out is no contact, but they are responsive if you need assistance. Would definitely stay again.

Summary: The rooms was newly renovated. The bed was very comfortable. They view of the property from our windows was amazing. We had the opportunity to walk the property along the stream that runs through it. We even fished (catch and release) for trout. As cheesey as it sounds we truly has a magical stay. 1000/10 would recommend!

Summary: Charming place. Recently redone, which is nice. Beautiful setting. There were many bird nests near our room. One bird actually flew into our room when we were coming in. But that’s a fun adventure we’ll talk about for years. The only real downside is how loud the space is. Each room is an echo chamber and vibrations from neighbors propagate very easily.

Summary: Peaceful setting.
