Positive: Looking very basic from outside, offers surprisingly spacious rooms and very nice bathroom. Much newer and modern than most motels/ lodges we experienced.

Positive: The view from my room looking out over the creek was very pretty and the room was very clean.

Negative: The room was very cold upon arrival and took approximately 5 hours to warm to 67 degrees. here was only one night table with one lamp that had USB ports. A way to charge a second person's phone on the other side of the bed is needed. There was nowhere except for the floor to set a suitcase.

Negative: super noisy so close to the highway, noisy rooms (especially when guest arrive in the middle of the night and its like they standing next to your bed)
