Summary: Very good. Staff very friendly, nothing was too much trouble, always happy to chat when work allowed as to your days activities. Happily use again.

Summary: I was surprised that there was no car park, but the street parking was okay. My spacious room on the front was a bit too warm overnight (we are having unusally warm weather) so I had the window open.On Saturday night, people outside were noisy until 1.05am, but there was little noise from within the building. The staff were friendly and helpful. At breakfast the omelette was huge.

Summary: The location was convenient. The food in the hotel pub was very good! The staff were very kind and helpful! Bathroom was larger than any other we had on our trip which was appreciated

Summary: It was an ideal place for my husband and I, and our 2 dogs after being in the area for an Off roading event. The food was lovely and the staff super helpful, including offering to make numerous other event guests a takeaway breakfast as we were leaving early. Thank you to all the staff.

Summary: We chose this hotel as it was relatively close to Southerness Golf Club where our son was playing a competition. The family room we stayed in was recently updated and very clean. All interactions with the staff were excellent and they went out of their way to help us when we came back from the golf on Saturday soaked! The Birchtree is dog friendly and our little pooch was treated like a king! Thanks to all the guys at the hotel and we will be back next time there is a golf tournament at Southerness GC.
