Summary: The staff are wonderful. The room was clean and quiet. The amenities are currently non existent due to the remodel (?) including no bar soap, no soda or snacks for purchase in room, no coffee maker in room, and no coffee in lobby past 6 am (!). The in room dining selection is slim, though the charcuterie board was great. It is inconvenient to come and go if on foot as I was. I hope it all improves after the remodel is complete.

Summary: What was going on with the milking event made my stay there miserable from accessing the valet to getting to your room was an absolute nightmare. Nobody at the desk was helpful and explaining any of that to you and then to charge me these outrageous fees for valet when I had to literally take a mile hike up and down through elevators to get to valet is unfair unkind, and I would never stay at the property again

Summary: The hotel is being REDONE. Nothing to envy the Beverly Wilshire. It is located in rhe sand place, but in wilshire boulevard. Stunning rooms, bathrooms. The loveliest huge terrace with a view of all the beauty of Beverly Hills. The staff is over 5 stars. Hayadeh is an amazing customer relations asset. Lovely and professional. Princess was very accommodating as well. We highly recommend this hotel. The prices are very competitive for the extremely amazing location. The valets are also top class. The breakfast was an experience too. Highly recommended. A must. We are coming back.
