Summary: The hotel was being renovated so the entrance was from another street past another hotel. The food and beverage situation was very difficult. I had to work with four different people to get a bottle of wine. They had almost no stock. I was encouraged to pick up my own room service, which means it is no longer room service. It was finally delivered warm, not hot. The thermostat was inactive. The only positive was that the room was clean.

Summary: Very nice hotel, valet can be rude, when they have events it’s seem unorganized and they let the guests of the event run wild. But the room was great! If you stay out the lobby you’ll love your room. The circa bar was nice but understaffed
