Positive: Hey It’s my 2nd time stay in the same property within 4 months of gap. I have checked multiple properties in the area even the ones higher than this but this property surpassed everything when comes to hospitality, support and the readiness to help you no matter how small your request. From the front office staff to the chef. From the person taking your car keys to person subbing your food. I m usually not a feedback typing kind of person but I took time to type to help everyone who spend hours searching and deciding where to stay. Special thanks to Baljit kaur for helping us with early check inn and warm welcome by Her. She is extremely sweet. Rooms are great, housekeeping staff is great. You just call if you need anything and they will get it to your door. Everything is just amazing at this property. 5 star to the entire staff !!❤️

Positive: The room was large, and if it was clean, I would say its a good room. though you still have to keep the curtains shut, since if you open them , you see that the hotel is adjacent to a rubbish dump. The most helpful person was the guy who opens the gate for the cars. He guided me to location of ATM, good restaurant etc. The girl at the front desk during check -in was tired or lacked people skills

Negative: contrary to what is mentioned on Booking, the hotel is more than 20 km from the centre, so if you want to explore Chandigarh , its the wrong choice. The floor was filthy with hair, dental floss , it looked like the cleaner missed half of the room. The hotel is a strange concept of being part of a mall/shopping centre. i really don't understand how it has such a high rating. Its not a bad place, though definitely not an excellent place. Basically, for this money you could do much better
