Positive: It was absolutely gorgeous. Felt like a home away from home. The welcome booklet, mints & sparkling cider was a cute touch.

Positive: Modern house, with all the modern amenities, in a very quiet neighborhood. Great location, close to shopping and dining and short a drive to and from Boise Airport.

Negative: 1. No garage door opener and the host wouldn't give us the key code to open the garage door, which made it very inconvenient for my disabled cousin to get in and out of the house. 2. No handrails in the bathtub/shower made it hard and dangerous to get in and out of the shower. 3. The 10:00 a.m. check out was a deal breaker, oh but they gave me an option to pay $45 an hour if I wanted a later check out. My brother and his family stayed 3 blocks away from us in another Airbnb and their check out time was 11, but the host extended it to 12 at "No Charge".

Negative: The house could use a slightly larger dining table.
