Summary: We enjoyed our two night stay! Breakfast was very nice with good variety. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Great location for travelling into Oxford, visiting the farmers dog and exploring villages in the Cotswolds.

Summary: Only issue is room was cold no heating atall which was required told reception and was told nothing wrong with boiler but didn't tell us . Overall nice food but still waiting for some sort of response from manager. Its not to much to expect heating in room

Summary: I've stayed here before and always enjoyed it, this time I noticed how quiet they were, but no comments when I checked in. Got to my room which seemed clean and tidy but the TV didn't work properly and the remote didn't work, gave up with it. The toilet seat was detached from the toilet and there was no hot water. On check out I complained and was told that they had been closed because the business had been sold, they had only been open again for 2 days, no apology or offer of a partial refund, it was though it was my fault, very strange attitude. Hope it will get better in time, it was a nice place to stay.
