Positive: Wonderful location. I watched the sunrise, and it was absolutely stunning. Just 30 seconds and you’re on the beach! Is this the best beach in Sardinia? Maybe not. But if you have a car, it’s close to all the other top beaches. If you don’t have a car, it’s still perfect for relaxing and waking up right by the sea. At low tide, the beach is quite beautiful. At high tide, it can get a bit covered with seaweed. I loved the property — it’s very well maintained, beautiful, and perhaps because it was October, I got an amazing price. The host explained very clearly where the room was and even sent a video. Was really easy to find the property and there's free parking. There's a very good pizzeria 2min car, but you can also walk, calls Costa Sarda. Amazing pizza and very cheap. The kitchen is very beautiful, although I didn’t use it. I’ve read some comments about a lack of cooking equipment, but since it’s a new property, I’m sure they may still need to purchase a few items. There’s a barbecue on the neighboring property. Ask if it belongs exclusively to the owner, as the terrace has a wonderful view of the beach — it would be perfect for a barbecue there. A room with a sea view is obviously the best choice. If you choose the room labeled “small room,” don’t leave a negative review saying it was small — the description is clear. And please, don’t blame the accommodation if you find the beach less appealing.

Negative: Perhaps they could solve the issue of the bathroom getting flooded after a shower, or provide a mop so guests can clean it up. I would also suggest adding more and better quality pillows. The bed wasn’t the ideal choice, as it’s wooden and creaks with every movement. While the bed is of good quality, for an accommodation, a sommier is usually a smarter and even more economical choice. That said, none of this affected our stay — we loved the room, the terrace, and the location.

Positive: It was situated near beach like around 30m. It was amazing and comfortable to stay here, clear room, kitchen, terrace outside, amazing clear beach, view and close restaurants with very polite people. You can rent sun-beds and umbrella on the beach from terrace, it costs for 2 around 25-30 euro/day.
