We have completely remodeled the inside and believe you will thoroughly enjoy this perfect lake home getaway. The inside features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 2 living areas, kitchen, and laundry room. The outside speaks for itself with its own private beach, wrap around dock, beautiful lake views from anywhere on the property, and great outdoor hang out areas both on upper level deck and lower level patio with camp fire. The property is at the end of a quiet culdesac on a picturesque private lake.
The property is a part of an association which gives guests access to a separate private beach, in ground pool, tennis courts, volleyball courts, basketball courts, and mini put area for an additional $200. This fee covers your entire stay and includes an unlimited number of guests. This fee is NOT optional and required by the association.
The Beach House is located in a special part of the Illinois Valley- located just 4 miles from the Illinois River- which is open to boat and barge traffic year-round.
15 mile drive to the Hennepin Hopper- a 3,000 acre wetland refuge. Open 365 and a must a see for photographers and nature lovers!

30 mile drive to Matthiessen State Park and Starved Rock State Park. There you can hike all day, spend the evening listening to live music, and enjoying a delicious meal. You will thoroughly enjoy the picturesque waterfalls and picnic shelters. Both State Parks are open ~300 days of the year.
