Summary: Loud as walls are thin and you can hear quite loudly when someone walks in room above you. Shower was weak and some outdoor chairs broken (also not enough chairs for everyone to sit). Was ok overall.

Summary: We stayed in the romantic room in the beach house for 2 nights it was relatively clean apart of the dead bugs and dust on the window sills behind the bath. It would have been nice if we had 2 bath mats also and somewhere to hang the towels as the bath is in the middle of the bedroom. The bed was comfy and the pillows were nice. There were USB ports by the sockets too which helped charge our gear

Summary: Beach house is away from the main part of the complex but easy enough to find. Nice quiet area down by the water with walks and the pub/restaurant just a 2 minutes away. Modern rooms with everything you need.

Summary: Only downside was lack of sound proofing for other guests noisy dogs. They obviously chose to stay at an unmanned hotel because of there dogs noisy behaviour. Otherwise it would have been a most enjoyable stay.

Summary: Room 203. Some issues arose. The shower temperature was scaldingly hot no matter what setting was used at evening time. While there was a warning at the sink about hot temperatures, the shower was dangerous. I resorted to Steptoe & Son mode and washed the essentials in the sink. The pod/coffee maker was left with water in it which creates a doubt about cleanliness. The cups provided would not for under the coffee maker. There was a sliding door to the outside. One of the steps have a paving slab where the plaster/mortar had failed (trip hazard). The setting is beautiful.

Summary: Lovely room to finish our trip to NW Scotland. Handy for Inn at Loch Lomond too. Great views, comfortable bed and decent shower. 40 minutes from Glasgow Airport.

Summary: A nuisance having to collect the key from another hotel rather than the Inn that's on the doorstep. Occupants moving about in the room above were very audible and disturbing our sleep late night. There seems no sound proofing in the floor

Summary: The room was very clean and offered lovely views overlooking the lake, which made the stay enjoyable. Unfortunately, the experience was affected by noise from other residents during sleeping hours. We could hear early morning activity, including doors banging and heavy footsteps, which made it difficult to rest properly.
