Positive: Breakfast good mainly. Little slow at times but busy period. Location beautiful. Staff excellent

Negative: Water for tea was never hot enough! The first room we were given did not have an extra big bed which made sleep almost impossible! However staff (Aaron) was extremely helpful and managed to move us to a super-king after the weekend!!

Summary: We spent a lovely week at Beach House and were very well looked after

Positive: This is a truly beautiful old house with stunning art deco windows and lovely old panelling. It's super convenient for walking along the cliffs and into Milford on Sea itself.

Negative: Attention to detail could be a bit better ie the door to our bathroom really squeaked badly and this would be obvious to any cleaning staff. Shower was also in need of repair. Otherwise our room was lovely

Positive: We liked the quirkiness of the rooms and the little extras you got , a free drink at the bar good coffee and tea choices in your room.

Negative: The shower was terrible had to move room as it just dribbled and dropped all night. No butter at breakfast it was flora cut to look like butter!!
