Positive: Host was extremely attentive ,accommodating,and always available when any questions arise. The property is for sure a hidden gem, beautifully kept modern and all you need to feel at home. The beach house is perfect escape from hotel life accesible to expressway stunning views that will want to make you stay will recomend highly .

Negative: The privacy, the security, the ease of access ,and most of all, the host without her this place wouldn't exist. Take care of this little gem .

Negative: The planes passing but it’s close to the airport so that’s out of their control, plus, I brought my noise canceling headphones so all good!

Positive: Fantastic place in an authentic location on the edge of San Juan. Although accommodation was compact, the outside pool and terrace area was large with plenty of places to sit and eat or relax in the sun by the pool. The lockable gate at the back opens straight onto the beach & boardwalk, which gives easy access to beach areas where it is possible to swim as well as to bars and restaurants overlooking the sea. This area is on the north coast of Puerto Rico, so the sound of the waves crashing to the shore is constantly in the background. The sea is clearly visible through the palms from the balcony areas of the three upstairs rooms/apartments. It's a fabulous haven a short drive away from the manic central San Juan area.

Negative: Plastic covering over the mattress made the bed very hot.

Positive: Everything! Great location on the beach with a wonderful boardwalk. Hearing the waves every day. The view was amazing. The hotel was so clean and the room was comfy with a small kitchen. Great restaurants really close. Staff so friendly and accommodating.
