Positive: Parking - Front door private car park. Flat - Beautiful sturdy furniture, tasteful 'seaside' related ornaments, large kitchen area, large beds in both rooms. Glad to see that the basics, such as coffee, tea etc, is provided. View - The view from the livingroom shows the beach and shore right outside, view goes on for miles and miles. It's like looking at a painting of the sea, except it's real. Walking - Yow can walk for miles around the shore, it's stunning with a view over to Nigg and the Black Isle. Shop - There is a shop within 1 minutes walking distance should you need to stock up.
Negative: Bathroom door needs a different plan.
Summary: Much better experience that we thought, just look out the livingroom window for proof!

Positive: What an absolutely fantastic location. The flat was chosen because of this and the furniture. I know that sounds odd, but the weather forecast was against us and we wanted somewhere that we could sit and relax in comfort, not perch uncomfortably. We weren't disappointed and even the weather changed in our favour. Kerr was quick to help us sort out a couple of minor admin points and we were equally quickly able to get on with enjoying our weekend. We can't recommend a visit here highly enough.
Negative: Having to leave.
Summary: Great view + great hosts + great property = great weekend
