Summary: Our room was dated and had a musty smell. We booked a studio room which was very small with little storage space. It overlooked a trailer park and the road which was not as relaxing as we had hoped. Housekeeping was very poor - we had to call every day to remind them to come to the room. One day we had the do not disturb sign on the door and housekeeping just barged into the room. No apology or from her or anything.

Summary: We had a beautiful room with huge windows overlooking the ocean and the boardwalk. Check in person was very welcoming and informative. Loved our stay and would love to return.

Summary: We stayed only one night but quickly realized it was not long enough. The staff are amazing. All are so kind and helpful. The amenities are abundant and the restaurant is spectacular. Our room was comfortable and clean. We definitely will return again with an extended stay.

Summary: The staff were wonderful. I was there for two weeks and everyone from the restaurant, front desk, spa, and housekeeping were extremely accommodating.
