Positive: This is an amazing house! perfect for our growning family. So much to do with the sauna, hottube and game room. Bedrooms are comfortable and bright and everything went incredibly smooth to check in and check out.

Negative: It would be nice if the glass on the deck was cleaned off, but i do understand that is a challenge on the coast.

Summary: Absolutely coming back - love this house!

Positive: so much to do at the house ... which was a great option for being on the coast because you never know what the weather might be. We had sunshine the entire time though!

Negative: the tiny shampoo and conditioner bottles were a bit wasteful, ie plastic waste. It would have been nice to have a larger dispenser of a natural brand of soap. Dove does not have safe ingredients.

Positive: By far the best rental any of the 10 of us have EVER stayed at! It was even better than we had hoped for after looking through all the photos. The beds were so incredibly comfortable. In fact, I've now ordered the same mattress to have at home! We loved having 'Alexa' throughout the house and ready to answer questions, play music etc. The kitchen was stocked as if we were in someone's home! Every utensil we could ever need and then some, plus a HUGE seasonings inventory. While not ocean view, you can still see haystack rock and it's barely a one minute drive to the beach and market. 11 out of 10! Can't wait to go back!

Positive: We loved the size and number of bedrooms.

Negative: The hot tub was not hot. The kitchen didn’t have the cookware or serving ware needed for the size of the house. Very minimal kitchen amenities. The furniture was newer but very uncomfortable. The only reason we will return is because of the number of bedrooms and location.

Summary: Adequate for sleeping. Needs improvement.
