Summary: Good location and room was in a good condition. However we got some of our newly bought groceries stolen from our hotel room while we we're outside. We talked to the reception about the incident, and they told us to only leave a review about this and did not investigate it further or compensate us.

Summary: This hotel is in one of the nicest location and this wasn't the first time we use it. It is a bit aged since our last stay, but the amenities are still good and clean. Staff also are very helpful and accommodating. The only thing I did not like was a room service charge for cleaning, if what you pay for a room doesn't include bed making and a clean up, what is it for then? Mind you we only asked for toilet rolls top up not a clean up.
