Positive: I recently stayed at The Bayleaf Cavite, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room was comfortable, though it could have been even better with a balcony. For breakfast, I appreciated the warm service—the staff kindly offered coffee and served it directly at the table. The food selection was limited but tasty. Despite these concerns, I'd like to commend the staff. Everyone was friendly and accommodating, particularly Sebastian and Max from the reception. Their hospitality made the stay more enjoyable, so I would still recommend The Bayleaf Cavite to my family.

Negative: One thing I noticed was the lack of some basic toiletries. It would have been appreciated if bar soap, cotton buds, extra tissue, hand towels, and similar hygiene essentials were provided. I also found it unusual that guests are required to pay for items if taken home. I normally bring my own toiletries, but I also like keeping the hotel-branded ones as souvenirs to remember my travels. Because of this policy, I chose not to use or take the available toiletries and coffee/tea, which was a bit disappointing, as this is the first hotel I've encountered with such a rule. These small items are generally expected to be included in the room cost. The dining area felt a little hot, and the seating arrangement was quite close to other guests, which reduced privacy, especially when seated next to strangers.

Positive: I like the serene vibes of the hotel.

Negative: I didn’t like that our bed’s mattress covers seem dirty and already used previously. I also am not a fan of the entertainment on the 8th floor. It would be nice if the singers can really sing, meaning if their voices are really pleasing to the listeners’ ears.

Positive: The property has lots of amenities to provide. The pool is well maintained, the gym is clean as well. The bar and restaurant provide lots of types of food and drinks. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The staff are accommodating and very attentive with our needs.

Negative: There really is nothing much that I didn't like maybe just a comment about the breakfast buffet. I was expecting more variety of food but nonetheless it was still good.
