Positive: Beautiful view, excellent location and very high standard
Negative: Floor was dusty/dirty (my socks were dirty after walking around the apartment), the towels had stains on them and the balcony was covered in spider webs

Negative: We were unable to easily find our appartment. The Paperwork was not clear. As it is not called.the 17 the Bay It is 17 the Royal Cliff Apartments I believe this has now been improved

Positive: View-parking and location. Bathrooms lovely all well appointed. Close to centre and wonderfully clean.
Negative: Needs maintenance- 1x of 3 Double glazed door panels on balcony ‘blown’. So perfect view out of 2. But 1 requires replacement. Balcony needed repair, blowing about in the wind. Screws missing in handrail.
Summary: Great position, wonderful view-building new. Let down by poor build quality-but letting agent proactively fixing.

Negative: The entrance door didn't seem to work properly which meant that sometimes we couldn't get in the property unless someone buzzed us in. Also, Sandown seemed very rundown.
