Positive: The food is just exceptional in the restaurant and the portion sizes are phenomenal. However, I do think you could save yourselves some money by giving the children smaller portions. It’s a lot for them to eat and a lot gets wasted. We had a four year old with us and half would have been suffice. Same at breakfast, they can always ask for more if they need it, rather than serving up so much to begin with.

Positive: Beautiful, two-story room, with a wee balcony. Rest of hotel was a bit dated and could do with a refresh. Lovely location in Fife that is good for exploring Anstruther, Crail, St. Andrew's, etc. About 45 minutes by train or car to Edinburgh.

Positive: We had a lovely time. There was a lot of out of order sign in the games room, which disappointed the boys. The views were spectacular, n̈ and rooms were lovely and spacious. The shop would be better open rather than looking for someone to open it. It looked closed down from the outside. The dining experience was lovely. Staff were excellent! I would have left a tip. Unfortunately, it wasn't possible as their visa machine wasn't set up for it, which is a shame for the staff missing out. Not many people carry cash these days.
