Positive: Bedrooms very warm and comfortable. Location was amazing. Short walk into the lovely village - 3 minutes and 5 minute drive to beautiful beach.

Negative: Downstairs was very dark (converted barn) perhaps more/better lights needed. Downstairs quite cold even with heating and stove on. Oven function on cooker not working.

Summary: Overall very enjoyable stay. Baginbun beach was stunning

Positive: Lovely old barn conversion. Spacious rooms with comfy beds, creaky floorboards and original beams☺️. Ample parking and loads of takeaways, a great cafe and pub and amazing Londis with all you need in it only 5 mins walk.

Negative: Better configuration in the lounge for evening TV watching, more dining chairs around the table, needs non stick pans in the kitchen.
