Positive: Lovely old barn conversion. Spacious rooms with comfy beds, creaky floorboards and original beams☺️. Ample parking and loads of takeaways, a great cafe and pub and amazing Londis with all you need in it only 5 mins walk.

Negative: Better configuration in the lounge for evening TV watching, more dining chairs around the table, needs non stick pans in the kitchen.

Positive: Great location, parking, small garden for relaxing, lovely owners. The bed we had (room to left) had an incredibly comfortable bed & lovely duvet. Had a fantastic sleep each night. Boys happy out in bunkbeds & travel cot kindly provided also. Great to have access to washroom to do a load of washing after a day at the beach 😁 Ps. Bring towels! I totally forgot & really appreciate 5 towels being provided for us.

Negative: Minor things - the shower curtain has seen better days & could do with a soak in bleach. The sink seems to be leaking when items are on the draining board. The top bunk squeaks alot. Not an issue with cottage owners - I didn't realise when booking it was via Sykes cottages. We previously had an issue with them when booking a property & I probably would not have booked if I knew the reservation was through them. Also the amount of emails they send you before your stay is incredibly annoying & are very repetitive.

Summary: Grand little place.
