Summary: Such a perfectly peaceful little place. I wish it had a stove but I cooked on the hot plate provided and an electric skillet. The WiFi was excellent. The bed was very comfortable. Very quiet but conveniently located 10 minutes from Publix and 15 minutes from Whole Foods. Large shower with great water pressure. Will definitely visit again.

Summary: The owners are nice and polite, and very courteous. The place is clean and comfortable. I rate 3/5 stars because of the wifi. In the studio, my wifi didnt work and their are no cell towers. When I wanted to use the internet, or phone someone, I had to go outside to piggy back off of owners wifi.

Summary: This little apartment is half of a barn/outbuilding off a little suburban/country graded gravel road. It’s quiet at night, the bed is comfy thermal foam, and there’s plenty of hot water. The owner is something of an antiques collector and so the apartment is full of little tsochkes and cutesy country decór. There is a fake electric fireplace in each room. The satellite TV is good, but there was no wi-fi the first three days of our week stay. The owners invited me into their home to use the wi-fi there for my work. They are super nice. The kitchen has a microwave, sink, and full-size frig but no stove, and the dishes provided are lovely gold-rimmed reclaimed floral pieces...not microwave safe. There’s a keurig coffee pot and coffee and plenty of fluffy towels in this spacious 2-room suite. Overall, it was a very good stay with some minor quirks.
