Positive: Lovely, clean accommodation. Really good breakfast.

Negative: When we arrived, the car park was being set up for a music event, which we had no prior knowledge of. It wasn't mentioned at check in, do my husband asked, and was told by another customer that it was a live band/singer from 3 til 8pm. When we returned to the accommodation at 8.30pm, there was loud dance music with a dj in the car park directly outside our room. This dif not finish until approx 10.15pm. Had we been notified prior, we could have made alternative accommodation arrangements, or at least stayed away until later when it finished. We were disappointed that payment was taken 2 days prior to arrival, at which point we had no knowledge of the event. Owners were not around the following morning to speak to, and have not responded to written feedback sent via Booking.com

Positive: Very handy for where I was working, which is why I booked it, plenty of parking, which is always a bonus. The bed was comfy, there was a coffee machine as well as a fridge in the room, which was a nice surprise.

Negative: This isn't a complaint, just an observation. There's no towel holder near the sink in the bathroom so you drip water over the floor when walking to get the towel. Not a biggy, but just unusual.

Positive: Vegetarian breakfast was very good.Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

Negative: Noise from room above and room beside us was disturbing. More as sound proofing to room would help.
