Positive: Situated in countryside, very calm area. Underfloor heating was much appreciated. Lovely kitchen with amazing views, and also a radio... Useful utility room to dry shoes and store coats. Hosts were very helpful, pleasant and friendly.

Positive: Very modern with underground heating and excellent kitchen facilities with everything you would need. Great views across the Pennines and over to Leek. A great walk down the valley with beautiful countryside all around and yet very close to Leek and Stoke on Trent.
