Positive: "The location is excellent, near a rapidly developing area, though it's a bit removed from the city centre. It's accessible by taxi, but having your vehicle is recommended. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the staff is accommodating. The breakfast was fantastic! The balcony suites offer a relaxing space with a pleasant view, away from city sounds, a silent place, making your stay even more enjoyable."

Negative: "The remote location is still developing, and the roads could be improved. However, the breakfast was excellent. For a better experience, the hotel should offer more diverse food options throughout the day, ideally from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, in a clean and well-maintained restaurant. It would also be beneficial to have a shuttle service to the nearest bus or metro station, with scheduled trips to help guests move around easily—this could be offered as a separate charge if necessary. The rooms are currently clean, but there's room for improvement in terms of hygiene. The balcony suites in Hyderabad provide a comfortable stay, but enhancing these aspects would make the experience even better."

Positive: Property is very good for family stay, each house is having 4 rooms with common hall. In any combination, the accomodation can be taken. Homely complementary breakfast.

Negative: From main road the road leading to the property is a mud road and due to rain and road work , at times faced issues to commute in car till the property . It is just 500 MTR distance. Non rainy season there should not be any problem.
