Summary: My room was very clean, very comfortable bed. I didn’t toss and turn at all!!! The first thing I noticed when I woke up was how quiet it was. Coffee shop, great restaurant, and theatre were right down the street.

Summary: Our room was so clean, and well kept. We recently stayed in a more expensive big hotel in Indianapolis, and it would have gotten 1 and 2 stars in all categories. This was place was excellent.

Summary: The rooms at the B&B motel were clean. The microwave and refrigerator were convenient as we were there for baseball trip. The price was good also.
