Summary: Amazing staff , service and hotel. Have stayed here before in the main hotel 6 or 7 years ago.Stayed in the palace which is a little dated, pool deck in poor state and needs to be improved. Staff though throughout the hotel great. Great cocktails and snacks though beer average. Need more choice.beers.

Summary: This was a return visit to the Palace wing of Ayodya resort. So, we basically knew what to expect. However, things have changed in the last 12 months since we last visited. The additional 'club' breakfast, afternoon tea and evening dining options have definitely been upgraded, and were appreciated. Many of the Palace staff were pleasantly familiar to us, as we were to them, with warm greetings all around.

Summary: The hotel is very dated and a lot of staff seem extremely new (young high school students in training, not much English). Even though they were willing to help, they couldn’t - calling the operator to ask a simple question often led to being passed around to 3 people or so. We had a few issues with cleanliness with the room (stains) and on departure they left us chocolates that tasted like they were expired from 1995 and made me want to vomit. On the plus though, the palace lounge is nice air conditioned place to hang out, the free photoshoot is decent, and the free costume experience in the lobby is a nice touch. Staff are kind and well meaning but not well resourced to help guests with requests.

Summary: A stay at the Ayoda Palace includes exclusive access to a dining area that is adjacent to the beach and a lovely pool. In this area, free non-alcoholic drinks were available all day, as well as complimentary breakfast, afternoon tea, and "happy hour" that includes heavy appetizers. Happy Hour often became dinner as we are not huge eaters. The Ayoda was clearly once a premiere hotel and still has an elegant beauty, but the rooms feel somewhat dated with some odd lighting controls. The STAFF could NOT be nicer. They were accommodating, friendly and always available. I needed to get to a pharmacy when I arrived and a front desk staff member drove me there, waited for me, and drove me back. Stellar service all around.

Summary: I spent 7 nights in the Palace suite with lounge benefits and I was not disappointed at any stage. The only complaint is something that was out of their control which was a broken lift for a day. That’s it. Everything in their control I could not fault. Told it was 95% occupancy but with the amount of sun lounges and space you wouldn’t know. Can’t speak for breakfast in general as we were in the Palace but

Summary: Our stay at Ayodya resort was great. We were particularly impressed with the excellent customer service we received throughout our visit - A special shoutout to Dillan :) Our room in the Palace Wing was lovely, clean, and offered a beautiful beach view. Its location was also incredibly convenient, providing easy access to the beach and various restaurants within the resort. We appreciated the wide range of amenities available for all age groups, and both the beach and pools were amazing. Overall, the resort provided a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere with beautiful Balinese touches.
