Positive: The caravan was absolutely lovely. It was wonderful to have bedding towels and toiletries on hand . It was beautifully clean and well presented.

Negative: We were very disappointed that use of the facilities were not included in the price, as this was one of the reasons we booked. This needs to be made clearer. The actual site ( not the owners of the caravan) were hopeless at providing information about the pool. It took 7 days and 4 different emails to discover that the pool was only open 10 till 3 and a charge of £5 per person would be made. It would gave been nice if the heating was on prior to our arrival. We arrived early evening with two young children and it was really really cold. A quick guide to switching the heating on would have been helpful too. Once we worked out how to use the system it warmed up reasonably quickly.

Positive: Central location not far from the club house with spaces for parking right outside. Very spacious, clean and modern and the hosts have really made an effort to make this holiday home feel homely with lots of extras like tea coffee soap towels ect which was a lovely surprise. Beautiful holiday home. Highly recommend will be passing on details to friends and family. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Positive: From the very start of my booking was so easy when we arrived the caravan was spotless lovley homley touches and was very comfortable realy felt at home perfectly situated in between paignton and brixham beautiful views

Negative: We couldn't stay longer did not want to leave.

Positive: It was clean and perfect in every way! It felt so comfortable there and felt very like home! Me and family loved and definitely go back and definitely recommend it to friends and family to stay there! We will definitely go back there again. Great site too with the facilities too.
