Positive: Aventis was convenient to the beach. Literally 5 min drive over the bridge.
Negative: Online deposit amount quoted 50. In person, 100 hold on card.
Summary: Comfortable and clean enough. Not bad for a motel!

Positive: Comfortable bed. Staff was very nice.
Negative: Had to ask for cups for coffee and drinking. Microwave was dirty. No soap for hand washing . Ants. Had to ask for towels for one of our guests we paid for. Floor was sticky. Web site advertised breakfast and there was none.

Positive: Like the staff and location recent updates were great! Rooms were very clean and tidy. The pool was a good temperature not freezing and cool enough to cool off
Negative: Dont care for the TV. Shutting off all night as I need the noise to sleep and the wifi is absolutely hit and miss. Also the 1st day the pool was very dirty, they did vacuume in following days so it was much cleaner after. Bed are very uncomfortable

Positive: Very clean. Style of room decor is up-to-date. Mattresses were comfortable. You're right at the base of the causeway to OCNJ.
Negative: The room smelled of cigarettes even though it was posted that smoking would incur a fee. There was no plug for the tub drain so I couldn't take a bath. I slipped on the wet bathroom tiles and busted my butt. (Really should have textured or grippy tiles.) The duvet was very thin so I had to sleep with it doubled-over. When I asked for a noon checkout, I was told there would be a fee. The exterior of the place looks dodgy.
