Positive: Very, very quiet. We had the most peaceful sleep. Its a very comfortable unit that has all you need for your stay. The host was very nice that we had a lovely chat with. The property is new including all the facilities. The photos do not di it justice

Negative: The heating didn't seem to work, so it dropped a bit cold during the night. We told Katie who said she'd fix it.

Positive: Small but beautifully appointed. Had everything we needed. Lovely garden. Attention to detail was amazing. Amazing range of teas, coffees etc. Hosts were really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Delicious breakfast - exactly what we asked for.
