RANDALL H. Jun 16, 2026 01:55:59 AM
Summary: We visited Madison for a family reunion and stayed in the Artist's A-Frame. The house is beautiful and is situated in an equally attractive neighborhood with easy access to local streets and businesses. It is well-maintained and has nice, comfortable furnishings. We found it well-stocked with household necessities, including numerous bonus items. We thank Linda for being a wonderful host. She responded quickly to our inquiries about the house, and we appreciated her checking in to make sure our stay was comfortable and going well. In addition, we appreciated the complimentary snacks and drinks. They were a very thoughtful gesture. We will happily stay at this house again on another visit to Madison.

Summary: My bestie and I planned a Galentine’s Reading Retreat weekend, but just before the trip, she broke her leg and is now… quite literally held together with hardware. We weren’t even sure she’d be able to make it, but Matt and Linda answered every logistical (and slightly awkward) question with patience, kindness, and humor. Thanks to them and her hard work with therapy, we made the trip! And wow… the place is incredible. If you forgot something, there’s a 99% chance it was already there. The kitchen was fully stocked, the couch was perfect for long reading sessions and elevating a healing leg, and the neighborhood was wonderfully quiet. One morning, we even woke up to chickens wandering through the backyard. We can’t recommend this stay enough. The hosts were thoughtful, welcoming, and incredibly responsive from start to finish. Books were read, meals and snacks were devoured, and memories were made! We'll be back! If in doubt, do NOT hesitate! Book it!
