Positive: Everything for so perfect! The location, the aesthetics, the beautiful Noah's Ark theme woven throughout the property, the amazing staff, the fabulous food, the proximity to the main Palolem street... I don't even know where to stop. Also, love now kind the staff is towards the dogs and cats that hang out in that area. By far, the best Goa vacation I've had over the years

Negative: There is nothing not to like here. A couple of suggestions for improvement - The access or entry to the property needs some upgrading. And the air conditioning needs to be a bit better in the room we stayed - Kindness

Positive: The Ark Comforts is a beautiful place to stay! Fantastic location right by the sea, with its own lovely beach, only a short walk from Palolem. We stayed at the upstairs apartment "Peace", a spacious room with a huge comfortable bed and amazing sea view, nice clean bathroom. Super attentive and friendly staff in all areas. The onsite 'Cove' bar was perfect for lunchtime snacks and drinks, sunbeds, umbrella and towels supplied for the beach. Room was cleaned daily, fresh water provided too. Breakfast menu was good.

Negative: Nothing really. Maybe the breakfast area could be "spruced up" a bit and more wardrobe space (e.g. in the eves of the roof) would be useful. Unfortunately people downstairs were very noisy on two nights. Not hotel's fault - the manager dealt with it immediately.

Positive: Room, aspect, view, staff, cleanliness. The breakfast was a bit haphazard, but the food was very tasty and the coffee was good. My flight was late in the evening so they kindly gave me access to another room so I could have a shower before I set off.

Negative: Being squeezed between various other accommodations and the beach, it is a bit of an odd layout, and it was (very) difficult to find from the road. My taxi driver had no idea where it was and there was insufficient signage.
