Positive: The location and the design of the resort very nice

Negative: The room we got was still hot even after turning on the air conditioning at the lowest temperature. We also get a room with a non-functioning television. We already called the staff to check, but still cannot resolve the issue. We reported to the reception but no action was taken. They just offer a discount on the next visit. At least refund me back some of my money. I paid for everything in the room but i didn't get everything in it.

Positive: Clean exterior, quite refreshing.

Negative: Situated on the main road so the room we had got a lot of traffic noise. Cheap furnishings in the room, needs maintenance (knobs on the cabinets about to fall off). Insufficient clothing hangers . No plug where the kettle was situated. Nothing in walking distance.

Positive: The location of the resort very near to Pengkalan Balak beach area. Very nice scenery during sunset.

Negative: Our room was the biggest room in the resort. A bit overpriced as compared to the facilities provided, with no breakfast included.
