Summary: The heat was very high in the room and they could not or would not turn it off the bed was small and very uncomfortable I would not recommend it

Summary: The bathroom was cobweby and dusty - clearly not cleaned for a long time! When we checked out and complained there was no apology! Also finding a space in the car park was a nightmare as they’ve decided to make a fortune from B’ham 7/14 day airport parking - it was rammed!

Summary: A great place to stay for the NEC. Emma was particularly helpful as we had booked a second night later in my partner’s name, which looked complicated! Parking was also excellent, with easy walk to NEC. And excellent breakfasts- what more could you want?! We’ll be back.

Summary: Staff super friendly, facilities well kept. Bed has seen better days and the bathroom fan made a noise like a Lancaster bomber on tick over. Pool was well kept and clean with towels provided if needed.
