Summary: Stayed for a show at BP pulse wasn't far to walk but one route is along a very busy loud. Breakfast was good but wasnt included in room rate but would recommend. Louise lady running pool was amazing with my son who has additional needs. Much appreciated. Overall a good choice.

Summary: Room was clean but a little dated - could be improved as comes across as a budget hotel. Walls are paper thin - you can hear the conversations in the hallway and rooms next door which is a pain if youre trying to sleep. Kettle in room, tea, coffee and biscuits. No bottle of water provided or anything other than soap hand wash at basin and body wash in shower. So u need to bring shampoos, conditioners, body lotion, shower cap etc There is a lift, swimming pool and ample free parking along with restaurant and bar. Didnt eat here so cant comment on food adn didnt go to the pool. Staff were helpful and friendly and we had a drink at the bar which was not expensive. Hotel has a lot going for it and room was £75 which was fair. Three stars seemed accurate. Would stay again as in good location if price is right a drink at the bar wasnt over oriced. oarjing.

Summary: The heating was not working in room asked to have it sorted and no one turned up , on mentioning again when we checked out we were told that they could not get access to room which wasn’t correct
