Summary: Beautiful old hotel next to the light rail station near Pioneer Square. Staff are personable and helpful. Room decor was warm and peaceful, and no clutter! Everything you need is provided, but cleverly stored out of sight, leaving lots of room for your toiletries. Beds were comfy…everything was perfect. Love this hotel!

Summary: Staff was excellent, friendly and helpful. The hotel is older but it is comfortable and cozy. Tuesday a live band was playing in the Polar bar and it was a great place to hang out and relax while listening to some great music.

Summary: This was our first time in Seattle. We wanted to stay close to all of the sites. Our first night we booked the large suite on the first floor. It was a little noisy from the Football fans and street crowd so the next day we requested to move because we had two more nights to stay. The front desk was very helpful and made the change. We were very appreciative. The breakfast was delicious each day and the everyone was very friendly. We enjoyed cocktails every evening in the bar before heading out to dinner. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

Summary: Wonderful hotel in the heart of Seattle with lovely staff and delicious food. The interior design is immaculate and I loved the touches like the walrus in the room! The gym was great too with a peloton machine. Loved breakfast- special thanks to Jason for making me an omelette since as a a vegetarian my options were limited.

Summary: As a former resident of Seattle, I was so excited to return to the city for a Mariners game and a day of exploring downtown. The Arctic Club was the perfect home base. Coming from the airport via light rail could not have been simpler - the stop is a half block from the hotel. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly, the lobby was warm and historic, and the room felt like a true home away from home. The complimentary breakfast was also delicious. I look forward to returning!
