Positive: Brand new house, good facilities. Ie kitchen was good, bathrooms and laundry

Negative: Smelt like cigarettes. Previous tenant had smoked in the rooms and had gotten into aircon vents. Most of the fixtures in the new development were of very poor quality. Some broken, ie handrail on stairs and sink tap. Cleanliness was poor.

Positive: The location was good for our needs, and nice easy to collect the keys on arrival. Bedding and linen nice and clean and beds very comfortable, nice house.

Negative: Was a shame the house wasn't more cleaner it was disgusting and absolutely stunk. Couldn't work out if the house had been locked up and it was a damp musty smell or whether an animal had urinated. Dishwasher stunk when you opened it but after using a few times that smell disappeared. The kids feet were black from walking on the floors, they were so dirty and all around the skirting boards on the window cells dusty and dirty. Couldn't open the windows in two of the bedrooms and didn't want to turn on the fan as that was thick with dirt and dust. Lawns and section not a pretty site. lawns overgrown. Spiders on walls in some corners of the house inside, a big cobweb behind curtains inside on ranch slider downstairs and couch was so uncomfortable to sit on.

Summary: I would not stay at this property again due to it's cleanliness inside.

Positive: Location was good, as was the large garage to park our car

Negative: There was no internet at all, yes that was in the listing but we didn't notice that and honestly don't expect to rent a near new townhouse in a near new subdivision with no internet. I think this is very cheapskate, also no table and chairs outside was a bit cheap as well. Doesn't need to be anything fancy just something to sit on outside. The lounge is very very uncomfy but once we pulled it out as a sofa bed, it was comfy to lay back on and watch TV( bit hard to get up from when you are our age with bad knees though). Kitchen was reasonably well stocked but I thought the pantry could have had a few basics, like S & P, a few sauces etc , rather than just olive oil.

Positive: Beds were so comfortable!

Negative: Wish main room was a king bed but either way was a comfortable sleep. Oh I think the main bed needs to be changed to legs instead of wheels or have casters underneath roll over a night the wheels move. Not a biggie just a suggestion:)

Summary: Checked in late was simple and easy and felt like home!
