Positive: We were very impressed by the staff's professionalism and warmth, most of all by Mr Han, the hotel manager. We stayed here two years ago and the level of service and attention to detail was equally good. Mr Han was very reliable in organising taxis across the river and back everyday and in organising trips to local attractions. For instance, he booked us a very nice trip to the Laos Buffalo Dairy, a local social enterprise/farm. It was also extremely convenient having a very long window for breakfast time (7am-11am). The laundry service was efficient and cheap. Overall, we were made to feel very welcome and it's a place we always look forward to returning to.

Positive: beautiful location, far from noise, but at hand reach from happening, i loved the boat that takes you at any moment to the other side of the river, beautiful location and view, cute pool , and spacious room.

Negative: they could do better with breakfast and cleanliness.

Positive: The hotel manager was so helpful and the setting was beautiful. We loved reading on the balcony with the gorgeous trees and afternoon light. The pool is lovely and quiet!

Negative: The breakfast could have been slightly more varied and the boat arrangement wasn't ideal, although it still worked well and wasn't a major issue.
